The client
NP Torneos is an Argentine sports organization dedicated to managing and developing amateur football tournaments. With a growing base of participating teams, they needed a digital platform to centralize all tournament operations in one place.
The challenge
Management was entirely manual: Excel spreadsheets for fixtures, WhatsApp groups to communicate results, and standings calculated by hand. With over 300 enrolled teams, the process consumed dozens of hours every weekend and errors were frequent. Participants had no way to check results in real time.
The solution
We built a complete web platform that automates the entire tournament lifecycle: online team registrations, automatic fixture generation by zones, mobile-friendly result entry, automatic standings and playoff calculations, and an admin panel for organizers. Participants can follow their standings in real time from any device.
