The client
Motef Servicios is a retail store specializing in motorcycles, appliances, and home goods. With years of experience and a solid in-person client base, they wanted to enter the digital channel to expand their reach and offer a modern shopping experience.
The challenge
They sold exclusively in-person with printed catalogs. Without a digital presence, they were losing customers who searched online. Generic ecommerce platforms didn't adapt to their diverse catalog and didn't offer the control they needed over products, pricing, and local payment methods.
The solution
We built a fully custom ecommerce with a dynamic category catalog, native Mercado Pago integration for installment payments, a proprietary admin panel for stock and order management, and a mobile-first design. The system gives them full independence to manage their store without relying on third parties.
