What this site is

The site is informational: it presents our services, projects and way of working, and offers ways to contact us or book a meeting. No products are sold and no services are contracted through the site.

Information and quotes

Information about services, timelines and scope is indicative and does not constitute a binding offer. Each project is quoted individually: its conditions (scope, price, timelines, code ownership and warranties) are agreed in writing in a specific proposal or contract, which prevails over what is published on the site.

Meetings

Booking a meeting is free and creates no obligation to hire for either party. If you can't attend, please cancel or reschedule from the confirmation email.

Projects and case studies

The client brands, logos and names shown on the site belong to their respective owners and are displayed only to illustrate our work. Screenshots and descriptions are for illustrative purposes.

Intellectual property

The design, text, code and graphic elements of the site, including the TFM Code name and logo, belong to TFM Code or are used under license. Copying, reproducing or using them for commercial purposes without prior written permission is not allowed.

Use of the site

By using the site you agree to:

• Use it lawfully and without affecting how it works.
• Not send false information, spam or offensive content through the forms.
• Not attempt to access restricted areas or data, or interfere with the site's security.
