Last updated: September 14, 2026

At TFM Code we handle personal data carefully and only for what is needed. This policy explains what data we collect when you use tfmcode.com.ar, what we use it for and how you can exercise your rights, in accordance with Argentina's Personal Data Protection Law No. 25,326.

Who is responsible

The data controller is TFM Code, a software and web engineering studio based in Argentina. For any question about this policy or your data, write to us at tfmcode@gmail.com.

What data we collect

  • Contact form: first name, last name, email and the message you write.
  • Meeting scheduling: the details you enter when booking (name, email and, if you add one, a comment). Bookings are handled by a third-party scheduling service.
  • WhatsApp: if you message us there, we receive your number and the messages you send. That conversation is also governed by WhatsApp's policies.
  • Browsing data: pages visited, device and browser type, approximate country and where you came from. It is used in aggregate, for statistics.

We do not ask for sensitive data and you don't need to sign up to use the site.

What we use it for

  • Answering your enquiries and scheduling meetings.
  • Preparing the proposals and quotes you request.
  • Understanding how the site is used in order to improve it.
  • Measuring the performance of our advertising campaigns.

We do not sell or rent your data, and we won't add you to mailing lists without your consent.

Cookies and similar technologies

The site uses a first-party cookie to remember your language, only if you change it from the footer. Visit statistics are measured without cookies.

We may also use advertising measurement tools from Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google. They use cookies or similar identifiers to know whether a visit came from an ad and to show you relevant ads.

You can block or delete cookies from your browser settings, and choose which ads you see from the privacy settings of your Meta and Google accounts.

Who we share it with

To run the site we work with providers that process data on our behalf: web hosting (Vercel), email and scheduling (Google) and, where applicable, advertising platforms (Meta and Google). Some of them have servers outside Argentina, so data may be transferred to other countries. We only work with providers that apply appropriate security measures.

Other than that, we only share data when required by a competent authority in accordance with the law.

How long we keep it

We keep data for as long as it is needed to answer your enquiry or maintain the business relationship. After that we delete it, unless the law requires us to keep it.

Security

The site runs over an encrypted connection, the form is protected against spam and received enquiries are only accessed by the people who answer them. No system is infallible, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to access, correct, update or delete your data, and withdraw the consent you gave. To do so, write to tfmcode@gmail.com from the email you used to contact us. We answer access requests within 10 calendar days and correction or deletion requests within 5 business days, as set out by law.

The data subject has the right to access their personal data free of charge at intervals of no less than six months, unless a legitimate interest is proven, as set forth in section 14, subsection 3 of Law No. 25,326.

The Agency for Access to Public Information (Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública), as the Supervisory Authority of Law No. 25,326, has the power to handle complaints and claims filed by those whose rights are affected by non-compliance with the rules on personal data protection.

Minors

The site is aimed at companies and professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18; if we find out we have received it, we delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the tools we use or the regulations change. The date of the last update is shown at the top; if the change is significant, we will say so visibly on the site.
