The client.

Desagotes La Victoria provides drainage and septic tank cleaning services in the Greater Buenos Aires area. Their business runs primarily through phone calls and referrals, with high demand from customers searching on mobile in urgent situations.

The challenge.

85% of their potential customers accessed from mobile, but their previous site was slow, hard to navigate on small screens, and had no clear path to request service. Every extra second loading or every extra step in the flow meant a lost customer.

The solution.

We redesigned the site with an extreme mobile-first approach: load times under 1.5s on 3G, a persistent call button, a service request form simplified to 3 fields, and a design optimized for the urgent moments when customers need to act fast.
